  • Stuart Jeffares is an Associate Broker with Max Broock Realtors who leverages the breadth and depth of his unrivaled experience to ensure clients overachieve in their real estate transactions.


  • After spending 20+ years negotiating $100+ million M&A deals, directing pricing for millions of vehicles, and working with CEOs in determining global strategies, Stuart advantages his clients with a competency not often associated with community Realtors. Combined with his 25+ years as a Licensed Residential Builder, a Certified Master Gardener and a Qualified Staging Professional, he brings an unmatched background to assist in ALL aspects of a real estate transaction.



  • Achieving the designation of Associate Broker in the shortest possible time, Stuart reached the top 5% of the profession in only his 3rd complete year


  • Stuart is a leader in the community in which he works including significant roles on the Birmingham Planning Board, Next Executive Board (Birmingham area 50+ community center) and Presidents Council of the Birmingham Neighborhood Associations. He also enjoys lecturing and writing about the local housing market and real estate related topics.



  • Stuart holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University, a MBA in Finance from Indiana University as well as additional coursework at Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, Stanford University, INSEAD (Switzerland) and IMD (France).
